"Located in the heart of hotel zone, this property is very conveniently located close to everything. Very lively hostel and good food. one thing about breakfast is: i did not expect the b/f to be soo good and extensive. i really wish every hostel learns how to serve breakfast like them. Cleanliness could be improved, bed wasnt the most comfy but a great value for money."

"We stayed just one night before our flight out of Cancun. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool, but it looked inviting. The hotel is located in a safe residential neighborhood, with easy access to the hotel zone by walking or taking a bus. While the rooms are older and a bit dated, they met our needs for a short stay."

"Staff is very good, well maintained property; great buffet breakfast. Thank you! Spa is wonderful but closes earlier than posted. Gym is spacious and well equipped. I loved walking out my patio to the lagoon area; I was hoping to be part of a Mayan ceremony but didn’t see anything going on near the kiva. I did my own yoga as I didn’t see any classes happening. We enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Loved walking onto the beach from the hotel. There were umbrellas and beanbag chairs on the beach, 2 pools, hammocks and swings on the property. Beautiful! Stunning views from the balcony. 2 excellent taco/burrito restaurants down the street to the south."

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but...

"Gorgeous property..basic rooms. No fridge or microwave. Was woken twice at 7am by a worker knocking on neighbors door for breakfast. Not soundproofed at all. For a basic stay great rates serves its purpose...would rebook in a pinch"
