"This place is totally misrepresented. The room was like a warehouse big with 12 foot ceilings. Three beds spread around looked like a hostel. A/C not working, no towels or soap in bathroom. No windows just large glass sliding doors to enter with big canvas drapes that did not open. Room was damp and beds felt wet. "The proprietor is friendly and kind. We arrived late due to an almost two hour delay at the toll booth between Piste de Chichen Itza and Cancun. We stayed in a room upstairs with a common hall bathroom. The room had it's own air conditioning. We left for our flight early the next morning, so we didn't get to do anything but sleep and shower. "We had the honeymoon suite, and we turn the Jacuzzi on. Well because of the heat and not having a fan the entire room was wet because of the condensation. So recommendation: have a dehumidifier or install a ventilation system above the Jacuzzi. Other than that it was an amazing experience.
