I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. I also like how they want to know when you’re going out. The only thing I didn’t like was the timings on the restaurants. They were open for small amount of time.

Very clean. Food was better than most other places we stayed with different ethnicity. Top shelf liquor was ok. No good bourbon at all. Grey Goose in VIP only. Jack, Jameson, Tangeray and Captain. Many good tequilas. Activities with David and Andrea were fun and often. Smaller in overall size was perfect. Planning another stay already.

The dining options were extremely limited especially during the day. There is only one restaurant open during lunch and it’s all buffet. The staff are not attentive and not very friendly unlike I’ve experienced with other resorts. Unfortunately you will not get your monies worth is you stay here and I’ve been to several resorts in Cancun and this has fallen to the bottom of my list. The only entertainment they offer is a DJ playing at the pool area in the evening. If you’re used to a high quality experience at an all inclusive this is not the one.

Very good property, all the staff were very friendly. Very helpful they made our stay worry free from the starting till check out, however their room service for night time they have very limited items on menu which needs to be address. Overall excellent property, buffet was also very organized and clean.

Very nice newer resort that seems to cater to the younger crowd. Not much entertainment during evenings, surprisingly but maybe time of year. Our room seem to hear a lot of the traffic during busy times of the city. It was a great stay for us, not disappointed.

Beautiful , clean , outstanding staff, food was great , coffee station was the best , variety of different snacks through the day , room service was good , we loved the roof top pool and the variety of food there .

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Welcoming and kind staff. The only downside was the lack of entertaining activities. Overall, I recommend staying in this hotel.

My entire stay was very good. I was very happy with everything at the resort. It is a very classy and upscale resort. Staff was very kind, friendly, but at the same professional and providing a great service. All the needs were attended to in a timely manner. Three small adjustments, which I would personally recommend to improve your already excellent resort - 1) Prolong the time which the outdoor party area and surrounding bars are open until. Everything shuts down at 11pm, which I would consider relatively early. I would push it over by one hour, until 12am/midnight. Same goes for the "after dark" club, I would push that one from 1am close time, until 2 am close time. 2) I would sometimes, randomly encounter a "no shot policy" at random times and random bars. That was never the case at the xhale private bar, but was at the public bars, either at the main lobby, or inside the pool. I understand that it is sometimes done to cut off guests who are drinking excessively, but at other times, I really do not understand that rule, and it can honestly be quite frustrating. I would advise to have that reconsidered, or at least give a valid reasoning for doing so. Each time I asked the bartenders about it, they were unable to give me a response other than "this is our policy". 3) Consider lowering the air conditioning level at most areas. I am personally always the person in the group that feels super hot, and have my AC cranked up a lot, but even I was cold in many instances.

It’s a beautiful resort with very kind staff, as a vegetarian I found there weren’t enough options for me and I wish there were more lunch options however the dinners were amazing and the breakfast buffet was great! Rooms were really pretty and I loved the lighting

Music was terminated too early, they cut the music early so people stop drinking, get bored and go to bed . The pool entertainment was great, good games, staff were friendly.
