"Most staff are kind and friendly especially activity’s staff were unique and funny. Disappointed point was many mosquitoes ware in our room on the first day so I asked reception and they dealt with it quickly. Overall we satisfied to stay."

"Loved that resort felt warm and welcoming . Very safe place to stay. Rooms were cleaned early everyday but AC could have been colder considering it was cloudy and rainy and still would not cool off. Went the beginning of October so not busy at all. There needs to be more beach staff presence. It would take 30 minutes to get a drink and then staff would come around again for an hour. There might have been 25 people at the most every day and the service was the same. Anna was amazing on the beach...

There was also another gentleman who was working entertainment but I can’t remember his name, but he always remembered mine.. the lady who did my braids at the spa was excellent too, Cristela!
