"This place was amazing!! From the staff, to the property, to the pools, all of it was fantastic. The grounds alone with the animals, nature trails and plants was beautiful. We have stayed at many, many all inclusives throughout Mexico and the Caribbean and this is the first one we would return to in a heartbeat. "We loved the simpler size of the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Many of the guests had been coming back for years. The only complaint we have is the food. The buffet at breakfast and lunch never changes and was good but not great. The restaurant at dinner were hit and miss. Loved the steakhouse and Mexican restaurants. The Italian was good but the Asian was awful. I had Pad Thai and it was not like any Pad Thai I had ever had. It was not good! Overall we loved it. We will...

"The property itself is nice and clean The pool areas are very lively; the beach was excellent (There were complaints about seaweed. May be we got lucky - it was clean); Buffet had a variety of selections. Personally, We preferred the buffet than the A la cartes as the quality of the food wasn’t that great in all 3 A la cartes that we visited (Again, that could be us). "Excellent staff and cleanliness"

"Deferred maintenance. Pool lights wiring very visible in the pool. Villas seemed dated and deferred maintenance. Bike paths were narrow and dangerous to share with speeding golf carts with staff members. And unknown hidden tax per person per room for eco tax. "

"Overall we had a great time! Things that couldn’t be helped was the power was out the first day we arrived and we had cold water to shower. They didn’t do anything to accommodate that situation, I also didn’t ask. The night entertainment could be better, only a DJ and some small gatherings. I would have like to see more shows. "
