"We visited Wyndham Alltra in early May of this year, and we found it a fantastic resort in a number of ways. Alltra has a nice location situated between the ocean and lagoon on a beautiful stretch of the Cancun beach. The restaurants were all great, the Italian and buffet being the biggest standouts to us. The buffet was a great way to begin the day for breakfast. The two pools were very nice and, if you’re up for some fun during the day, the activities they provide were super enjoyable. (Only draw back was the size of the pools, which are a little small.) The biggest plus were the staff. Every one of the persons working at the Alltra were super helpful, kind, and gracious! I highly recommend the Wyndham Alltra as great place to stay and a good value."

"I absolutely loved this property. We have stayed in Mexico four times now, and this was by far our favorite. We upgraded to privilege and had an amazing time. Adrian was our butler and did an amazing job at booking our food reservations and tending to us. They even delivered milk for our baby daily. Our little one had a great time at their pools and slides. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the privilege lounge and food! The dinners here were so great! We would definitely recommend Adrian to be your butler! "

"This place is incredible - best all-inclusive vacation yet! The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. The entertainment is on point, espexially because of Kendall -his presence alone was sure to put a smile on anyone's face...everyome.loves him and he will get a laugh put of even the most stubborn person - I think I will moss him the most! The food was also incredible - every place we ate at was delicious (the buffet, the mexican, japanese and french). We were most disappointed woth the italian, but it was still good! Everything was simply amazing - will definitely return next year! "

"Excellent resort. We stayed for one week with small kids. The buffets were wonderful, I would say good quality food however a little variety in the fruit would have been better ( same fruit every day and too many fruits one can’t eat if you can’t peel them yourself- whole kiwi, whole mango). The restaurants were all excellent! Pools amazing. Only thing that affected us during the construction season was one of the pools had the bar closed and no one coming around to take our drink order (the waitresses were going around the other pools where there were already bars so found that odd). The beach was pretty but almost useless because it was sooooo rocky (you can’t even see the rocks so they surprise you, very painful) and way too much seaweed (they tried cleaning but it was impossible). The kids liked the splash pad at the kids pool (they let us use it even know we were in the regular section). Everyone was very friendly, rooms cleaned daily on time, it was really cool seeing all the wildlife which never bothered people, and the shuttles between the rooms/restaurants/pools/beach were very helpful and frequent. Overall 4.75/5!"
