This was our first Cancun resort experience and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the resort had fun activities you can participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t sure where to book if it’s your first time. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Great private beach area with activities for all ages. Enjoyed the children’s pool area. Great variety of food in the buffet. Restaurant reservation system did not work for dinner, and when trying to reserve through concierge was informed restaurants were sold out. Beds were comfortable & very clean room. Super safe the entire stay!

We loved the staff and the location! Our room was fantastic - although the tiled halls make every noise sound like an explosion. The beach is beautiful and the service was really wonderful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We did not like being greeted at the front door by a salesperson for the vacation club. That is low-class. We thought she was a concierge. We think the excursion to Isla Mujeres was overpriced and awful. We think you should switch vendors.

Areas noted above reflect my pluses for my stay. Diana welcomed us at ck in and gave us an outstading overview of the property. Only thing that bothered me was the kids, age 1-7 I would guess, that were allowed to 'take over' the jacuzzi which was clearly marked with signage indicating adults/over 16 (I believe) only. I raised 2 boys and know how that warm water with small fountain is attractive to kids. But at one time there were 9 under 5 kids on there, one with a blow up innertube. Your Kids Zone was excellent - as I walked the entire property. Hate to be critical without offering a possible solution so here are 2: if not already available, have a warm water jacuzzi type area in Kids Zone and two, have staff politely inform the kids/parents of the posted rules and regs. When kids were not present, I found the area we are talking about to be great for meeting and talking with other guests from around the world. Thanks for asking.

The resort was not too bad. Small and easy to get around to all pools. Unfortunate the weather (wind) did not let us swim in the ocean. There were not alot of enjoyable other activities to do during the bad weather. Music was very loud in the main areas and in the main buffet. Not many quiet areas to sit.

The facility was fine, the workers were great! I would say the management staff definitely needed some work on customer service skills ! they would say no ! no matter what request was made of them ! Dinner reservations were almost impossible to get if you didn't log in to their portal on by 9:10 in the morning. there's a lot of rules at this resort, they upcharge for the better alcohol ,room service cost you the a delivery fee, just a lot of little things imposed by management that would make me not go back to this Resort

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Check in, check out was a breeze, no surprises on checking out. The food option is very limited including the sit down dining. The Buffet was good but again, items were limited. Skip the Spa, it was not worth it. The special they offered for a 50 min massage and 25 min facial lasted less than an hour.

Good food, good service people, very nice pools and plenty of activities on the site. Not really good room housekeeping service. They changed bed sheets only one time for 11 days of stay. Very beautiful beach area but we were able to get to the sea only one day from 11 days. The reason is big waves. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in this resort.

Limited food for the buffet side. It’s so hard to book a reservation to their 3 different restaurants. You have to pay $5 each delivery for the room service. They were some really good servers like, Arturo in the Paloma buffet restaurant that took care of us. Sergio from the La Vista steakhouse restaurant who accommodated us 30 minutes early for our time we were party of 18 but he took care of us and put us together. Sylvester from the Piña Grill. The bartender at the poolside are I forgot his name who worked for almost 30 years was really nice and gave us a really good service. Good service for those name mentioned. But some of the servers were not that hospitable. The concierge was late Saturday morning the line was so long to book a restaurant reservation for a big party like us. Some of them were rude. This is our 8th time in Cancun and I only gave. this hotel a 3 stars. I’d rather stay at Wydham Alltra than this Wyndham Grand. The rooms were spacious ( we stayed superior ocean view). Its just lack of food choices.

We had a great time with my friends and family. Drinks were great, and the amount of pools this resort has really sets them apart. Beach was stunning! Food was great, especially the sushi and the piña grill restaurant. Would suggest to add a few more tables at the sushi kiosk. The night shows exceeded expectations. The lighting and scenery could use a revamping. Many options for food at all times. The staff was fantastic and customer service was amazing. From Victoria at the kids club, Whisky and Dr Casas from the entertainment staff, Noé and the waiting staff, thank you to you all for making this trip one to remember.

It really is a beautiful property. Several pools and hot spa area. Beach is clean with beautiful white sand. Ocean water is warm and fun to play in. Lots of umbrellas and seating at the beach as well. Lots of dining options, drinks are plentiful and all is delicious. Plus everyone is SO nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view. It was amazing! Thank you Wyndham!!
