"I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. "I just got home from Viceroy last night - I loved the quiet atmosphere of the resort, but at times it seemed too quiet. I’m not sure if it was the time of year I went, but there was at most 3 other people out at the pool/beach. It was raining off and on, so maybe that’s why too. Otherwise, the service and staff were amazing and went above and beyond every single interaction.
