"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . Terminamos Pagando 2 habitaciones privadas en un hotel , donde nos recibieron y nos trataron excelente. Maby next time "

"Literally right behind secrets where the rest of our friends were staying so it's a quick 5 minute walk there. There's a 7 eleven near by as well as easy accessibility to taxi's if needed. There is also dining near by as well that you can walk to. The property is beautiful and in a gated community. There is a pool and gym in very good condition as well. "Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. Best way to get around just in that specific area is golf cart or bikes (if you didn’t rent a car) . We came after hours so I had to ask how to get in, on same day we arrived I was told we had no...

"This is my first time staying in this area and I enjoyed it. There was many things in the area that I did not have to go far for. I actually walked to Plaza de Americas. It was a 25 minute walk that I enjoyed. The property itself was fine, an average apartment building. The only thing I would change is that my room was on the third floor and I recently had an issue with my leg I wish I would’ve known it was a walk up building because I would’ve asked for at least a second floor or so, the room...
