"The wild life made our stay an awesome experience. The deer and the 4' orange iguana hanging out by the pool was awesome. (No touching though, they are still wild life) It was like living in the jungle. The buffet (especially for being a buffet) really exceeded my expectations. The options were vast and there was something different each day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Fransisco in the Itallian restaurant was hands down the best and made my birthday dinner a very enjoyable experience. The italian food was the best that we had out of the restaurants you have to make reservations for.. the food at la Hacienda was good, but not quite the spicy mexican ypu mught trafitionally expect, but still a great experience. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The ladies that took care of our room were very kind and did a great job. There honestly isnt anything bad that i can say about our experience. We came as a couple this trip, but would def consider bringing the kids next trip. We always felt safe inside the resort. "

"Beautifully designed to create a feeling of open air, spaciousness. Different sides of the hotel minimized noise when you didn't want it. Hotel staff were incredibly kind, reliable in service. Best all inclusive resort Ive ever stayed in. "

"We had the most lovely time at this resort. We were met with friendly and welcoming staff, such as Erick, who brought us in, completed check in and ensured we and our luggage made it to our room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping came by daily to clean up and re-stock our bottled water and mini bar. However, our balcony door did not open and close consistently and some of the door trim was falling off. The bathroom was lovely, but we had a few issues with plumbing and drainage. The bars had excellent hours and bartenders, especially Bar One, during both the day and night. They were easily accessible from anywhere in the resort. The entertainment staff were beyond amazing, especially Dennis, Daniel, Alex and Karla. The events were fun, and well-spaced throughout the day, with something for anyone. The pool area was very well-maintained and lovely. The pool staff, such as Eddie, were friendly and attentive. It was also nice to have servers, like Casanova, frequently circulating the pool and beach areas. There was a lot of food variety between all of the restaurants, and service was outstanding there as well. We especially appreciated Lorenzo and Chef Saul, who made our dining experience at Seasons and Frattini's the best we had. From start to finish of our 8-night stay, we kept saying that we would easily stay again. Thank you Sandos Cancún, p.s. please upgrade us to Royal Elite next stay."

"Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was extremely friendly. The pool activities were fun. The drinks were not watered down. The individual restaurants were OK… You didn’t have to make a reservation so that made it very easy to try them all. Despite them just being OK the buffet was phenomenal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A huge variety of options and very good. There were always lounge chairs available. The beach was smaller than areas that we’ve stayed before, but it was adequate and the water was super clear. We would definitely stay here again!"
