"The atmosphere and energy was fantastic! My main complaint was the tactics used to try and sell their Premier membership. They wanted one hour of our time to explain the benefits, but it turned into 2 1/2 hours of high pressure salesmanship."

"We enjoyed our two-week stay. We had a 10 month old so it was nice to be at an all-inclusive so we could try to keep her on a schedule. The beach and pools were great. Food was mostly good! The ice cream in the Italian restaurant was my favourite!! "

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "

"I left my glasses case at the restroom and was able to get it back and had money on it! The staff was amazing and very attentive. The activities of the hotel and shows were amazing. The food choices were amazing especially if you are enclaved the seafood is fresh and delicious."
