"I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away...

"Great resort! Food is good and fresh a 4 stars for me not a 5 stars. But since the resort is so nice, clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food is very acceptable. They also have a great choice of a la carte restaurants and La Fleur is an excellent one. The beach is beautiful, lots of shade, water shoes are useful since the bottom is rocky in some area. And the coaties were not a problem, they had a lot less around than when I first visited 5 years ago. We had a great time!!"

"We had such a wonderful stay with our family of 6 this winter! The family villa had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. It was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. The pools were great and the beach was lovely. I enjoyed the peaceful water and if we wanted to have more waves we could just go over to the sister resort for the day which was awesome and such a different experience. "Beautiful architecture, great food in general, friendly staff. It is relatively small compared to other resorts out there in cancun but beautiful architecture and design of the resort makes up for it. Amazing diners! Good for kids and families, but no water activities. Evening outdoor concert was a good time too. Very clean but you may feel that there aren’t many variety of activities. There was one time I did get served bad sushi which caused food poisoning though. "
