"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first serve basis hated waiting on others and taking space for their time. If SLS play mujeres and Condesa got together they could switch off on a few things from each resort."

"Staff were incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was great, good assortment of food. Front desk staff provided information for an incredible shuttle service which we felt safe in as the driver wasn’t rushing to get to the next customer (paid flat fee by the day rather than per trip). Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was cold but the weather was a bit brisk and was just coming out of an unexpected cold snap so that’s fair. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Just the absolute best time at Temptations. The staff are all incredible and make you feel welcome as soon as you are in the driveway. Always friendly and helpful and they make sure you are having a great trip. It is a very fun, safe environment with everyone feeling welcome. The views from our room and the rooftop bar were spectacular, all around the property the design and decor was beautiful. The daily entertainment does an excellent job at getting everyone engaged and in a great mood. At night they put on some jaw dropping acts which every guest should attend. Again, every single staff member is AMAZING! Always positive experiences. We cannot wait to go back"
