" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This place is fantastic nothing bad to say about it. If you stay here you also have access to the 2 other riu hotels! Food is good entertainment is good and the hotel remodel was perfect. Staff is so nice! Only thing you have to keep in mind is it’s not really close to the romantic zone so you will have to make a day trip of it. Also the beach is shallow and you can have a lot of fun in it "
