We wished the room was larger and it really should not be sold as sleep able for four. It’s very small for that. But overall the hotel was lovely and the service was excellent and we really enjoyed the food. Great place and would go back again. "

"It is amazing hotel for family. I have two children, one is 12 years old and one is 5 years old. They have a kids club for my 5 years old son, and my two children love the fishes in the ocean beach. That’s so wonderful for families and it is convenient to go to xcaret park. They give me a gift bag after listening the first club guid. "

"We had an amazing time on our family vacation here. We traveled with 2 pre-teen girls and they loved having access to all the great food, pools and beach. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The front desk was very accommodating along with quite a few servers we had at the restaurants. We specifically loved Gerardo at Malva and Jose Cahun in the Italian restaurant. They were beyond friendly and excited to see us each time. We stayed in Pyramid 1 on Level 6. The view was amazing and it was quiet and were able to hear the waves at night. Overall will recommend to family and friends. They are going to be shutting down for a remodel for a year - so we are excited to see what it will look like after and hope to visit again. "
