"Guillermo welcomed U.S. and escorted U.S. to our room which was the best room. When I mentioned I had trouble walking up stairs he was willing to change us to accommodate me. He was so helpful and kind. I loved the feel of being in the jungle and the restaurant was pure joy and so delicious. I loved staying there. Highly recommend it! "

"Siente was wonderful I had a great time I enjoyed the all inclusive the staff were incredibly kind and eager to serve although I drank quite a lot a felt nothing at all I ended up buying my own tequila bottle for 12$ at the store down the street. The food was okay very basic but filling. We rented bikes for 250 mxn and a 500mxn deposit. The ruins are down the street I wish I hadn’t rented bikes to go and just walked instead. "
