"The property is very clean and the villas was very nice with all the amenities required. The management was very helpful as out AC broke down and they immediately provided us with other room within minutes. Good thing is ,the beach is accessible from the property and nice place to stay . "When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room....
