At the time of booking had I had known the building was being renovated I would not have book I woke up to drill Sounds every morning. My toilet never flushed delt with maintenance issues twice in my 4 day stay. Water coming through the roof of lobby area horrible!

“All inclusive” is not all inclusive at this location. Room service is $17 USD per order. Reception ignores incoming phone calls, dinner buffet is disgusting. Kids touching everything and putting it back, and very poor quality food. Stay away from this if you want a 5 star experience.

Check in was terrible. Took about 1hpur and 40 minutes. We paid $32 US dollars for each of us for breakfast and the food quality was poor and the buffet area was constantly empty as they couldn’t put enough food out for everybody. The pool was great just don’t order the food. The view from our bedroom was amazing and the beach too. They definitely have to improve in some areas!!!!

We moved from the Hilton to this property and I liked it better as it is quieter as a whole and felt calmer. The room we had was right on the beach so it was fabulous. Inside was nice. The blanket was so thin though. We asked for additional ones and they didn't have enough available so we were chilly in the night. There was a large area outside on the property that is blocked off in the middle so if felt under construction (thankfully no noise from it while we were there). The restaurant was nice with views of the ocean.

The property offers many pools and areas to relax, so never feels crowded. Checking in took quite some time but we showed up at 3:30 and checking was at 3:00 p.m. in lieu of this they upgraded our room which offered a beautiful view.

The main drawback is the very long check-in. We waited for 40 minutes to check in, and then another half an hour to get the keys. Also long lines to get into the restaurant all-inclusive at any time. It is completely inconvenient with a stroller, there are stairs everywhere.

Check in took over 1 hour and 40 minutes. Food is terrible. We paid $32 dollars for a breakfast buffet that taste like boxed food and the buffet area is always empty as they don’t put enough food out for all the guests. There is no resort activities at all even though they advertise for pool activities and shows but there is nothings happening. Staff is nice and the view from our home was beautiful.

I feel that the pictures on Expedia does not give a true picture of the place, extremely small reception, always crowded, the girls that work doing the check-in although very polite, don't seem to be able to resolve any problems out of the ordinary. Lots of stairs in the property, not enough beach chairs with umbrellas at the beach, also there is no employees assigned to help people with chairs and umbrellas like in most resorts. There was a big part of the permanent umbrellas that were reserved for the hotel "owners", which it was ridiculous, taking into account all the guests that couldn't get a chair with an umbrella. Although most of the people that work at the hotel were very friendly, I would not stay there again.

I like the room that we were transferred on our 2nd day but on our first night terrible experience initially with the check in process. Was ignored for 15 mins specifically the lady named Cynthia Huerta considering we came from a tiring trip and very hungry. She’s just sitting there with no client to attend, until Leslie was available to assist us after assisting another client, but when Leslie was abiut to help us, she keeps on chatting with her that resulted in our delay to check in , and the restaurant was already close that time. The buffet at the roof top serve the worst food ever. The manager was very nice in moving us from a very disgusting room H-505 to L-208

First, dont judge this book buy the cover, The lobby is small and depressing, really needs an update, but the room was very nice, reasonably large and comfortable beds, looks like they were recently refurbished. Great beach, overall very nice facilities and friendly staff. Not much in walking distance but for 12 Mexico dollars (about $US0.60) or 1 $US if you dont have Mexican money, you can go anywhere on the Zona and we never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a bus. We opted-out of the all inclusive because of reviews, we are not big drinkers, and wanted to try some of the local food options: don't regret that decision, the one dinner we had at the main buffet (because it was raining) was not so good... Overall, would stay here again and is a good value.

I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in the hotel zone and this one I won’t ever come back. It shouldn’t take 1.5 hrs to check in. I was shocked to see such a long line. It was twice as long a few hrs later. Be prepared to wait a long time. The room location I liked it had good access to the beach and pools. The room smelled like old stinky basement. I didn’t want to switch rooms, because it took so long to get this one. The hot tubs were cold the entire time. Like pool water cold. The drinks were watered down and the bar tender was rude.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No hot water in shower, complained 4 times in 5 days and was told to let water run 20-30 minutes and we would “get hot water””. Water was barely luke warm. Could only make one dinner reservation, the rest of days were “full”. Then we go to our reservation only to be told there were no tables and we would have to wait 30-40 minutes for a table. Absolutely worst all inclusive place we have ever been. Will never go back. Would NOT recommend.

Property was very nice. Excellent location by the beach and the access was good. Nice pools in the property. Minus points are: Check-in time was horrible. Had to wait in line for nearly an hour for check-in. Front desk was not helpful when I had an issue with booking through Expedia. They had an error in age of one of the child but was not willing to help fixing.
