Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.

A functional but basic apartment for a nights stay in Belfast. We did feel the listing description was misleading. The description of onsite parking (a main reason for booking) was incorrect rather there is street parking. The flat was as described up several flights of concrete stairs felt more like a student flat than a luxury apartment.

Little Diamond in the middle of Belfast
I really couldn't fault this place. It was newly painted when we arrived. Me and my friends stayed here so we could go to the Ben Nicky concert. Martin was amazing host, friendly and attentive. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Lovely comfy beds. Two pizza shops at are door stop. And 3 little local bars with friendly locals. Martin we will be back. Thanks again 😁

Me and my daughter stayed in the top apartment. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful little balcony, with little table and chairs. Martin the houst was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop at top of Street and a few local bars. Would highly recommend and i will be back to this little gem.

Really nice.
It was really good. I received the email 24 hours before with details and instructions. Parked right outside. Selection of takeaways just a 5 minute walk away. Really impressed. So impressed, I think I will likely book here with my wife when we come on holiday to Northern Ireland. I actually preferred it to a hotel!

A modern apartment with good facilities in a residential area close to shops and a bus route to city centre and not too far from Lanyon (Central) Station. (A 20 minute walk if you prefer to walk there). Very helpful owners.
