"We had a great time here. Ms Rose is very nice! Her condo had everything we needed to give us a comfortable and relaxing stay. We hope to go back soon. My boys loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. There is a beautiful waterfall close to the dam with walking trails and bike trails everywhere! The Rec Center was nice. And of course there is so much to do in NWA. "

"This home worked better than we expected. This home has two living areas. The adults stayed upstairs and we let the kids stay downstairs with their ever own kitchen. We were traveling with kids ages 16 through 4. The whole setup worked great for us. The dock is where we spent a lot of time. "The location of the house is very good. Close to eating and shopping but also located in a quiet area. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have encountered. There is a claw foot tub in the master bathroom that is amazing!! There has been a lot of thought put into addressing any need you might have. Would highly recommend this house for your stay."
