"I needed an inexpensive hotel close to Mesa. This was affordable and an ok location. It is a small property. The public areas had a very heavy chemical smell, like industrial cleaner. The free breakfast was fairly low quality with few options but if you want to grab a cup of coffee and a packaged snack then it works. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't overly friendly, either. The room was good and what I needed. I think it's a decent economical stay if your focus is just a place to stay...

"This property appears to be used to house people who are possibly homeless or it is four lower scale customers. I used it for one night as a business customer and would not do so again, but it was clean and well maintained and people were friendly and caring."

"The room was ok. The bathroom switches are not the safest. Big gap. Would worry about a little kid being cureous. Also, the door key cards were a joke. Had maintenance come because the cards wouldn't work. We were then given 2 more cards. Hit and miss if they worked. We had to take our dog out at 2 am and fortunately we took multiple keys and finally after 5 tries, we got back in. Spoke with manager in the am and he was very apologetic and said new locks were coming. We probably won't stay there...

"I had a pleasant stay at this property. The area was very well kept up and clean. Additionally, the suite I stayed in was updated and spacious. The landscaping of the property was lovely, as well as the lobby. I was sorry to leave! "

I would mos def return!!!

"Hotel offers yoga every morning 8am, 24/7 fitness center, movie night every Friday 6pm, captions provided along with headphones (may or may not work). There are fireplaces, ample comfortable seating, chess, backgammon, the atmosphere is amazing, free bikes from sunrise to sunset, hammocks, tree swing, patio seating, shuttle from 7am-9:45pm within 3 miles. The rooms are very small but beautiful. They could make some improvements that I shared, also they need a better shampoo (it stinks) the conditioner and lotion smell the same and great; citrusy. Oh yea, there's complimentary iced tea (& iced water) when you arrive, a fireplace; just absolutely beautiful AND a DJ Friday nights from 6-10pm. There are a ton of meeting rooms. The staff are so professional and courteous., Tony, security, smells good, he wears Brut 33 & Polo. He wears the Brutt cuz his dad wears it, he's 88. I really hope to hear from the GM, cuz I provided a lot of necessary feedback for safety and improvements. "
