All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

The staff could’ve been a little more welcoming. There was an extra charge for air-conditioning. The parking would’ve been good. Had we had a car"

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "
