It’s not fancy, and like others have stated, it could use a “refresh” on some of the furniture / paint, however, it was clean and all functional. "Clean. Well, laid out. Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps...

"The only thing is the kitchen faucet needs to be change out not working. But the owner really tryed to help. The owner is very nice. Its quite clean and the beach is private so very little peope. Saw dolphins & Manatees. You everything you need. Just bring your clothes and get ready to rech"
