Had my visit cut short due to a liver transplant in the works. I had to be admitted into the hospital n list two days of my stay but the lady at the seat let us check in super early for the first day. Wish I could’ve stayed the entire 3 days.

Elevators are still not working, was made aware but still a bit of an inconvenience. Air conditioning did not work properly in room, by 2nd day it was steamy hot and we had to move rooms. No help was offered. Trying to get a bellmen to help bring luggage down upon checkout was difficult and needed to be reminded and asked several times. Wi-Fi did not work in our room and nothing was done to rectify. The pool itself did not look clean enough to swim in. Bartender at pool bar was very friendly. Most of the front desk staff was friendly.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were there a couple weeks after hurricane Milton and the cleanup was still in progress but the hotel was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay there again.
