Front desk staff didn’t seemed to know their own property and what dining establishments were open. Ventillation and heating was pretty poor as I heard several complaining about the entire building being too cold inside. It didn’t appear there were a lot of people smoking yet the ventilation system wasn’t able to clear out a lot of the stale smoke smells in the hallways especially.

The room we were in, in January, didn’t have any heat and nothing was done about it. Staff member came up but said he couldn't do anything. They offered us a coupon which we couldn't use because we are from Canada and were on our way home. They said that's too bad because we wont give you a break on the cost of your room.

We booked a non smoking room. The entire lobby smelled like cigarettes because their smoking room ventilation was broken. It was terrible. The smoke smell carried up into the hallway and our room. Our hair and clothes even smell. Very very disappointing.

My friend and I loved the 24K Magic concert! A large complaint. We had dinner at Panasia, both ordered the Teryaki chicken. We had eaten a little bit of it, which was quite tasty. Unfortunately, on my third bite, I pulled a hair out of my mouth. I have shoulder length hair, which I had tied back when we sat down. I was willing to grant that it could have been my hair. However, as I took another bite I found another hair (longer than mine) actually wrapped around the chicken! Yuck! Couldn't overlook the second one! There was a young couple sitting near us that heard what was happening at our table and looked at her food and she found a hair in it! Definitely wasn't hers as she was a native woman with long black hair. We called the server over and she said that she would have the manager come to talk to us.She came back and told us that our meal was free. It should not have been up to the server to inform us of the comped meal. It should have been the manager's job! I likely will come back to the Reef, but, not eat there again!

Entire place was very nice. Being a Casino, and staying here, due to a funeral the next day, it was fantastic! Wife, daughters, sister and I who were attending.... ate good food, had some laughs, lost a little $, killed some time, shared memories and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. (2 stayed) Family local.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Steak House. The room we stayed in was lovely. The only thing that would deter us from starting again was the quality of the bed. Didn’t get great sleep so we left early to go home.

We absolutely loved our stay at the silver reef ! It was an amazing adventure all staff were so kind and generous offering ideas of things to do around the area!
