Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. "We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times it is very newly remodeled very nice breakfast if you were having surgery at Martha Jefferson it is the perfect location that is why we have stayed here The only bad thing is when Need a cart To how your luggage You have to push the card outside in the dark To get to your room You cannot do it from the inside of the hotel They need to have a ramp instead of steps to keep your cart on the inside of the hotel for safety"

"Controling the HVAC was confusing as there were two different thermostats in the room. Setting one did not affect the other. Kept waking up hot and sweaty till i found the second thermostat. Not impressed with the restaurant. There was a room on the floor marked "vending and ice", no vending."
