The buffet breakfast was plentiful with good choices of food. The hotel is located in a very central location. Short walk to Old Montreal and Chinatown. We always felt very safe. "A good place to stay. I was directed to off-site parking across the street that was adequate, but despite following procedures the parking lot gave me a warning and I could have had my car towed. The hotel management and desk staff were surprised and graciously gave me a spot to stay (no charge) and I received a call from the hotel manager apologizing. All staff went above and beyond. Superb customer service!! "
