"Check in was smooth and easy. Staff is friendly and able to address all the questions I had. Location is great with restaurants and shops within reach. Underground parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Bathroom had not been entirely cleaned unfortunately but I was too tired to report which might require wait time for housekeeping or room change. The shower temperature is quite hard to adjust Bottled water in the room isn’t free. Otherwise all good and I think it’s a decent stay. "

"Location was great and around a lot of things. My room I don’t think was cleaned properly… there was water in the bottom of my wine chiller thing and my lotion was almost empty… so it was clearly used before. The parking to check in was stressful and felt like you had to get valet to elevate that part. Once you’re checked in and settled it was great! Lots of homeless people around though. "
