"Excellent value. The price for the room was great. The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Outside is a bit worn down so I was pleasantly surprised by the room itself. I've seen other reviews complaining about the WiFi not working but I had no problem. Very cold night that I was there but the heater kept the room toasty. I would stay there again for sure. "

"My host was so friendly and considerate! The 2 breakfasts were devine. Tasty food with homemade sauces. Coffee was perfect. Wonderful place to get away for a couple nights. My room was quiet and cozy. I cocooned in there except to pop over to the market across the street for some treats. Thank you for a fantastic get away! I will be back!"

"The property itself was lovely. Vintage and historical with a touch of modern. We were greeted at the front desk with a flute of prosecco, nice touch. Breakfast was included which was fantastic with a touch of class. Server at breakfast was so sweet and our cleaning lady, Reece, was wonderful! Very good experience and we will be back. "

"The heating unit was set to 72°F we came back to the room it must have been 80°, although it felt good for a brief time, (outside temp -14°C), it became way too hot, I turned the unit to it's lowest setting, 61°F. The unit cycle on and off all night but room was comfortable thereafter. "
