"At check-in we were not given any information about the pool facilities or housekeeping. Housekeeping did not come during our multiple night stay and there was no indication that it was not daily service. We used room items and placed used towels into the bathtub as is customary but housekeeping never came to replenish anything, and we didn't know any different. There were no cards or signs in the room explaining this and we were not advised at check-in. "
