"The check in process was fast and easy. We were 'upgraded' to a first floor, parking lot side room with two queen beds which was lovely as the king was not needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were in a state of general disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are rolling and are an accident waiting to happen.
