"The apartment itself was very clean, functionally stocked for 4 people, nice view of city. The 2 main issues were the cellular key lock and the parking. One had to use your cell phone to access an app, press to open every single door to building, room etc. and sometimes didn’t work so you are stuck! A few times didn’t feel safe with a homeless person hovering around front door. No one in lobby took care of,the situation. Speaking of lobby, there is,no 2nd floor,lobby with staff to help, only...

"The hotel was great, beautiful and staff were friendly. But they attempted to charge my credit card before I arrived and that messed up the reservation. When I arrived they said I was already checked in and the front desk person somehow checked me in again but for 1 night instead of 2 which caused a lot of confusion and time spent next day trying to resolve the reservation."
