Having lived in our lovely house for 4 years we have now relocated to the UK, but visit our home from home in the Sun as often as possible as we absolutely love being there, and we welcome guests who want to stay in a really great family home that is close to everything you could ever need, a house that is taken care of, meaning you get a wonderful home for your holiday. Situated a 5 minute walk to the park, the beach or the centre of town, you are ideally located to explore and enjoy Benalmadena Costa.

Home from Home in a piece of paradise;-)
So happy we (group of 8 girls) stayed here. The house is in a lovely area just up from the shops and bars. There is a slight hill but didn't hinder us. The house has a lovely kitchen and dinning room (we sat outside most meals) and Lounge with all you need and more, (also washing machine). There are 2 terraces one for each time of the day if you want to follow the sun ;-) The back terrace had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms have all got aircon and the top room has its own terrace too ! Beds were VERY comfortable. The pool area is like a secret garden and we only saw 2 other people so was like our own. Everything was lovely and would stay again. Sarah was always on hand and was so friendly. Thanks so much for the wonderful week !!!

Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. The host was easily contactable and the property provides everything you need for a long stay. This area of Benalmadena has plenty of good quality bars and restaurants and close enough to all attractions. The hill to the apatment is a little strenous maybe for older people but again for us not an issue

Great accommodation and fantastic location
The house was a fantastic base for the family. 6 adults and two children. Plenty of space for everyone and the two outside areas meant you got the sun morning and evening. The host was very accommodating with our request for a later leaving time. The restaurants around were great and only a 10-15 minute walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay again

Lovely little week in Malaga
My family and friends traveled to Malaga for a friends wedding. The accommodation was perfect, great location and spacious considering there was 8 of us. Very reasonably priced. All round a lovely holiday :-) would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything about this property is as described online. It is the perfect location to access the bus within 5 minutes or train or beach within 15 minutes if walking. John was always available if any concerns arose. Taxi to airport was 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this lovely family home! Well maintained, fully equipped and very spacious, with plenty of room for all 9 of our party. With age range from 77yrs through to 9yr old it worked for everyone. It's on a lovely quiet Urb with plenty of privacy but centrally located for all areas of Benalmadena. The pool was definately a large plus for us, and most days is like a private pool as limited use by others. The communication with the owners has been excellent, right from the start before even reserving the booking, answering any questions and providing recommendations. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Good house for groups
For us the property wasn’t suitable. We are all in our 70s but having said that for a family and younger people would be ok. The house itself is in a quiet area on the edge of Benalmadena. Taxis were difficult to get but plenty of buses a short walk away that take you to the many attractions.

Nice stay. Lovely house and great swimming pool.
The house is nice and clean. A bit old (90's) but the furniture is all IKEA and new. It was a confortable house and it is close to the beach enough to go walking (10 min walk). There was a heat wave in Spain and the house has no AC and although the house has many fans, at night it was hard to sleep. La casa está bien y limpia. Es viejita (de los 90, calculo) pero los muebles son de ikea y están nuevos. La casa está a 10 minutos de la playa y compensa hacerlos andando. No tiene aire acondicionado y por las noches era algo infernal dormir (aunque había muchos ventiladores)

Good sized house/family home with front & back outside areas with bbq! (That was very important for us!) Communal pool available in the warmer months Home very well equipped with everything you could ask for. Very close to supermarket, beach, bars, restaurants etc. Bit of a hill to walk up to get to the house-but burning off all those calories walking to & from the house just means you can eat more icecream & tapas! Also within walking distance of train station. All in a very convenient & pleasant place to stay.

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks in July/August, unfortunately in the final few days of our holiday we were informed by a local that it is illegal not to have free air conditioning in properties that are rented out . Also we were informed that a change of bedding and towels is not a normal occurrence , so we would have been sweating in the beds with the same bedding and using the same towels for 2 weeks if I hadn't asked for clean bedding & towels. i messaged the owner over 2 weeks ago with my concerns and not had a reply back.

Excellent place to stay and amazing apartment. Big enough for the 8 of us, in a great location only 10 minute walk from the beach front and an excellent community pool 10 seconds from the back garden gate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of booking. The only negative was we walked into a dirty house and had to clean it ourselves due to a miscommunication on booking which happens, we was understanding but Sarah the manager came round (who was lovely) to apologise and brought some wine and chocolates to soften the blow.

Lovely spacoius property, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, nice pool area which we had to ourselves at times. The property was difficult to access on foot when we arrived as it is very secure with lots of gates and keys, we couldn't find our way in and the photograph of the front of the property now looks completely different because the trees have grown. This was quite uncomfortable especially for our 2 elderly parents in the heat. Our only other complaint is that the downstairs toilet had a foul smell which we reported, if you left the door even slightly open it would make the whole house smell, I rang the local contact who told me that it was an on going problem and advised me to close the toilet seat, put the plug in the sink and close the door, not very helpful really, especially as the plug for the sink was missing, hence we never used the toilet again, inconvenient for our parents. The house is situated roughly half way up the av Las palmeras road from the beach front to arroyo which is a really good location apart from the very steep hill, again, not really a problem for 4 of us but not really doable for the elderly. Even though I have highlighted a couple of minor negatives, I would still recommend this property, we had a great time in Benalmadena.

Well-located and equipped family townhouse in Benalmadena
Our party comprised 4 middle-aged blokes from the West Midlands. We have a one-week holiday in the sun each year. This year we chose Benalmadena. Prior to our stay, we hadn't realised quite how extensive the town is, let alone the neighbouring towns of Fuengirola and Torremolinos! John and Rachel's townhouse met all our needs. It was reasonably priced, clean, well-equipped, secure and spacious, enabled everyone to have their own bedroom, and was within reasonable walking distance of the town. We could always find a space to park our hire car in an off-road space right outside the property. The WiFi was efficient and we watched the World Cup Final on the TV! The owners accommodated our arrival and departure times. Their welcome pack and instructions covered all eventualities.
