With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveller data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior and nationwide, from December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to request the following information from all our clients:
- Name
- First name
- Middle name
- Gender
- ID document number
- Document support number
- Document type (DNI, passport, TIE)
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Usual place of residence (full address, city and country)
- Landline phone
- Mobile phone
- Email
- Number of travellers
- Relationship between travellers (in case one of them is a minor)
In addition to personal data, our government also requires us to inform and send the following data regarding the transaction to the authorities:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Contract execution: check-in and check-out dates and times
- Property: full address, number of bedrooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, bank transfer, etc.), payment method identification (card type and number, bank account IBAN, mobile payment solution, others), payment method holder, card expiry date and payment date.
