The hotel was in a very nice location with a beautiful view of the river. The room was spacious and very clean and they had an excellent continental breakfast. The toilet was positioned and sized for gnomes and not real people - very uncomfortable and the shower was out of hot water at 8AM. Did not enjoy a cold shower.

This place is an absolute gem!! I travel to Bend frequently but usually stay with family. This trip it was necessary for me to stay somewhere else. Wanting something different from a chain hotel, I decided to research the Pine Ridge Inn and found wonderful reviews. I was worried when our flight into Redmond was diverted to Portland that I would be required to pay for the missed night. When I called, they reassured me we would not be charged and we were not. The staff is friendly and exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast which consisted of fresh items from a local bakery was amazing! Our room was large and had a sitting area with a gas fireplace. The ambiance was perfect!!! I love having family to stay with in Bend, but I would stay here again!!

The suite I got was gorgeous but the elevator and HVAC outside were very loud, apparently it is only the suite upstairs as it's the closest. The property did waive my pet fee and were extremely understanding. I would go back again, the jacuzzi tub and river view were so lovely when it was snowing. Great inn would recommend & pet friendly!

Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable room. Loved the in-room fireplace and the river view. Delicious breakfast offerings (five stars for the cinnamon rolls!) Easy access from the property to the Deschutes River Trail - we enjoyed a beautiful morning walk before checkout.

We liked everything! The staff was extra nice they put extra stuff and care in our room for our dog. Only downside it got a little cold in the room at night even with the thermostat set high and the hot water was not consistent.

The caretakers were really nice and pleasant. The issue was that I rented the largest suite there, and there was no hot water for the jetted tub and it was broken. The button for the Jets was broken. The security latch was also busted and not installed correctly, the molding was coming off the wall, and the sink did not drain well. After mentioning these things to the manager, she gave me another suite key, and that room was also messed up. The TV would not shut off, there was hot water the first day, but not the second day, and the toilet was broken. So between both of the best suites of this facility, there was major issues with both of them. But the management was pleasant and they reimbursed me for one night, which I was fine with, and I also know that sometimes the management doesn’t know what’s wrong unless people tell them. I don’t think I’ll stay here again for other personal reasons, but I suppose if they obviously got all these things fixed, it would be a nice area.
