Beware! My stay at Quality Inn was far from pleasant. We dealt with over 5 stink bugs in the room, and the sheets were dirty with massive stains. The housekeeping staff seemed more focused on blasting music and smoking outside than maintaining cleanliness. Adding to the unprofessional atmosphere, the hotel attendant with curly hair was not only rude but also had a huge stain on her shirt, which spoke volumes about the lack of care for the property. The outdated door system also felt unsafe, which makes this place a definite do not return. If you’re considering staying here—run the other way!

Checked in late, got into the room and just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. Shower had a dead cricket in the tub and sand from the last person who used it. Room smelled musty upon entry and it definitely needs updating. I chose this hotel based on that it had an 8 out of 10 rating. I would say it’s a 4 out of 10. I would not stay there again.

The room was ok. Somewhat dated. We chose this hotel for the pool and convenients to the race. It was high 90s. The pool was broke, and there was NO ice or any other vending. Could let that be known on website that the pool is not open. Very upsetting

The property was not as advertised, the room we booked was not available upon arrival, the front desk personnel was hard to contact, there were police in and out of the property, we did NOT stay, and have requested a refund, but management is always unavailable to contact.

I paid for three nights at this hotel. The room was extremely musty smelling and there were black flies in the room. I woke up throughout the night itching and had several bites on my ankles and arms. Not sure if there were bedbugs or mites but this was disgusting. Even though I paid for three nights the staff told me I couldn’t shorten my stay and they couldn’t provide a refund. Regardless I moved to a different hotel because I couldn’t take another sleepless musty smelling night in that hotel. I will never stay at a Wuality Inn again!
