"We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in this quiet desert retreat. The place was spotless, and we found every amenity we might need for a studio stay. We loved the many seating areas, shared courtyard, and enjoyed watching the birds from the back deck. Frederika is a thoughtful host, and it’s obvious she has made the extra effort to make the studio a comfortable getaway. We loved it so much we ended up booking 2 more stays during our time in Tucson! "

"Nice little apartment like property within walking distance to everything in Tombstone. It was a very quick walk so you don’t need to drive much. Dollar general not terribly far which has the basics and some groceries. Circle K not far as well. Owners often checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as listed. Clean and easy to access. To our benefit the big house was not rented at this time so all was peace and quiet. On the down side there was no real storage in the bedroom one small dresser not good for two people. If you are a tv watcher it is not friendly. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Location was great and easy access to all the thinks we like to do. Over all good rental."

"It was only one night but the boat was extremely gracious and checked up on us to make sure everything was going great and it was. She met us at the property and it was set up with the beds as we got in later. It couldn't have been better!"

"Beautiful property and views of the mountains and valley. Everything was very clean and well supplied with comfortable furnishings. Loved the extra touches of the candies and refreshments in the refrigerator it was extra special and very much appreciated!!! Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again myself in the future. Also enjoyed the stained glass instructions, and learning more about weaving from the hosts. "

"It’s was a pleasant, quick one night trip. Lettie checked in often to make sure we were okay. The only issue is that the wall in between units was very thin so if there’s someone staying next door with a dog, you literally can hear everything. For a brief moment, that was the case in our situation."

"This is a unique property that is clean and well designed. I enjoyed sitting on the patio(s) for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It is located within a few hundred yards of some of the best local mountain biking and walking trails. This is a rural area that offers a great alternative to staying in Tucson. Highly recommend."

"Truly enjoyed our stay! The property was located in a wonderful location, communication was amazing, and the space fit our needs perfectly. The only suggestion we had would be to replace some of the furniture since it is starting to show its age."
