Parking and checkin were a Breese. Staff was friendly. It’s as if it’s almost finished. The room seemed recently updated and there are something’s they still have to work out. We figured out the mirror on day two, and the bathroom shower needs the most work. There’s no place to put soap or shampoo except the floor, and the wait for hot water is extreme. Also the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and while it would be difficult, it wouldn’t be impossible to break in.

The hotel was not very busy, but I am not sure why. It was clean and easy to get into. Well worth it. We even had a lake view from the seventh floor which was gorgeous.

Best value in town this weekend, property was clean staff was friendly. Room is basic but had everything. Bed was comfy, bathroom had been remodeled, rooms had wireless chargers. Continental breakfast was pretty sparse, but otherwise everything was pretty decent for the price and great location so close to downtown and the beach.

Omg what a mess. There is too much to even explain. Supposedly there was some construction, but there was piles of stuff everywhere. The lobby was fine, but you could tell that was original. That area was fairly clean. But the rest was not. Elevators were old. The rooms were a hodgepodge of decor which some was new and some was old.

My room sliding door to patio DID NOT LOCK! I wedged the ironing board inside door to prevent intruders.No privacy if you want to bring a chair out to sit - neighbor is right there! Shower does not have any shelf to sit shampoo/soap - took all my strength to slide open shower door! Had to place a bench in front of entry door to be safe. 2nd night of stay my room key was deactivated. Packing up to depart - housekeeping banged on the door for cleaning before 11:00 am. Hotel needs updated lobby
