"Booked an accessible room and traveling with dogs. Room was very clean, large walk in shower with hand held shower head. Good breakfast, quiet room. Bed was a bit soft and saggy for my taste. Hotel is older but since it's so clean and no bad smells at all, I would stay there again. Best for last, the staff was excellent both at check in and out and helped during breakfast. So nice to feel welcomed and accomodated. "

"The lobby area was beautiful. It was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and th staff were all friendly and kind. The room itself was as basic as possible. Small and definitely needing some updates. Going from how beautiful the lobby area was and how well taken care of it was to the hotel room being so plain, boring and clearly outdated was disappointing. Especially when the other guests (the athletic club members) had a bad tendency to stair at youa s if you didn't belong there. "
