Authentic Log Cabin Getaway w/Private Hot Tub

Relaxing, quiet vacation experience without sacrificing modern conveniences. This is Cacapon Retreat!

After a day of hiking, gather around the fire pit while listening to the peaceful flow of Indian Run and other sounds of nature or play a few rounds of cornhole, bocce, and horse shoes.

Enjoy the heated, jetted hot tub facing the private, wooded lot.

We are looking forward to hosting a memorable experience for you and waiting for your inquiry to discuss the details.

The kitchen is fully stocked for most of your cooking needs. Relax in the great room in front of the stone fireplace. Bedrooms have cedar log furniture for a rustic cabin experience. Have fun in the game room/loft with plenty of games, puzzles, a karaoke machine, and regulation size foosball table. Work remotely with the convenience of 300 Mbps Internet.

For your safety and ours, we have one camera facing the front yard, one in back covering the entrance to the deck, and one facing the basement door. All cameras record motion.

Dog Friendly Property- up to TWO dogs permitted, additional pet fee of $50 plus taxes. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS. Guests must keep dogs on leash in the community and pick up dog waste.

Great mountain getaway
Great place to get away for a few days. Super clean. Beautiful view and a great little creek back behind it. Excellent kitchen, well-stocked and in the center of things. It would have been so much better if the fireplace was not broken. The big beautiful stone hearth was the main reason we got the place and it seemed so cold and dark without a fire and made being inside at night a little depressing. But if they get that fixed, we’ll definitely go back. It was a great location and a great cabin.

Amazing Log Cabin - Perfect Setting
This was a "girls" weekend getaway and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The cabin is spotless!! Very roomy with awesome views. I highly recommend this vacation home and I will be returning soon.

We had a great weekend. Cabin is really nice with plenty of room for our family of four. We stayed in and cooked for a couple of meals and also went into town and enjoyed dining out. We really enjoyed the hike we took in the state park across the street. Would definitely come back in the future.

Lovely Little Getaway
Beautiful, and comfortable home! So close to Cacapon State Park and charming Berkeley Springs! We also enjoyed a river float on the Potomac. Such a beautiful area that is surprisingly only about an hour drive from our home in Northern Virginia :)

Wonderful Getaway
My family met at this cabin for my mother's 80th birthday and everything (except the weather) was perfect. We hiked Cacapon and strolled the market and shops in Berkley Springs, and simply spent time together. The cabin allowed us both together time and solo time - in just the right combinations!
