A nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Very quiet and good value for money. Although a bit far from the historical centre of the city, the location is by no means remote – plenty of good shopping opportunities (KaDeWe is just around the corner) and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to the metro. For LGBTQ travellers, there is plenty of interesting nightlife just a few blocks away on Fuggerstraße and Motzstraße.

Comfortable room, no air conditioning but staff provided a small fan that helped circulate the air. Very nice black out curtains - made sleeping easy. Breakfast was chaotic and with all the choices close by I would recommend to eat breakfast out.

Great hotel (but too hot in room)
Centrally located hotel in Berlin. Great breakfast buffet (at an additional cost) with very attentive and likeable staff. We found out at arrival that parking at the hotel is very limited, so ended up at the slightly more costly public parking garage across the street. No problems finding parking though and no security issues. Also, the hotel room was very hot and air conditioning did definitely not work as intended. No cooling effect what so ever. Luckily, windows could be opened, which helped a little. Would definitely stay again, all in all.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und half mit allen kleinen und großen Wünschen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Ku’damms war auch super. 3min zur nächsten Bahn. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Insgesamt gut: Gute Lage und Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zu kritisieren ist die Wartezeit beim Frühstück. Wenn man Pech hat, wartet man einige Minuten auf einen Tisch weil das Restaurant offensichtlich zu klein ist. So haben wir das in noch keinem Stadthotel vergleichbaren Standards erlebt.
