"Perfect home for a weekend get away! Close to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We did not use the pool bc it is off-season, but it is right across the street which would be nice in the summer. Hoping to come back soon! "

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development"

Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant....

"The property was very nice and clean and was able to accommodate 4 families with kids ranging from 4 to 16. They had a great time in the room with all bunk beds. All families had a great time too at this place. The shuttle to pick us and drop off for the beach stops right in front of the house, and it services every 30 minutes. Small kids loved the ride. The house also provided us with 2 passes to park at the beach. Would definitely recommend this place. I had to reach out to the host once...

Description should mention there is only access between the levels outside. We didn't bother locking the doors as the sliding glass doors could not be locked. Place needs renovated but good for a large family. Place also provided kayaks which was great.."

"We enjoyed our stay at Camp Terrapin! It was great for a large family, especially with two master bedrooms. The wrap around deck was nice to sit outside without being directly in the sun. Having two beach parking passes and being right along the trolley route made the distance from the beach so much more manageable. We had a little difficulty using our access code upon check in, but the owner was at the house very quickly to help us get in. They were also very responsive to any concerns...

Convenient and spacious

"This house worked out very well for us for our family thanksgiving.. Nancie even decorated the enormous dining room table with Thanksgiving things! There was tons of room - the main family/living room had lots of couches and the huge table sat 12 people with chairs to spare. Plenty of room to spread out, with doors between kitchen, living and office/2nd living room space so people can enjoy whatever suits their mood. A bit cold to use the outdoor patio space, but lots of seating out there which would have been great in the summer time. The number of dishes, blankets and pillows was enough for an army, and we were able to fit 6 cars in the driveway. The grocery store plaza is super convenient.. it's right at the entrance to the community, less than 2 minutes drive away down nice quiet roads that you could easily walk on. There's a small gas station there and a pizza place as well. The walkability is exceptionally high - the community is quiet and pleasant, and right next to the grocery store plaza is the nice wide sidewalk for convenient walking, running, biking and more to the local preserves. Definitely enjoyed our time here."

The perfect little cozy Autumn get-away

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little ocean front condo — the perfect get-away retreat to Bethany Beach. Accommodates two comfortably with a very well-equipped kitchen for dining in, and breezy covered porch complete with picnic table, chairs and plenty of space for entertaining. Everything is within walking distance since the Boardwalk is only steps from the condo's door, including Bethany's Town Square with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, but if you need to restock your own provisions, grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive from the beaches. But the best part by far is catching the spectacular sunrises just a short walk past the dunes from the boardwalk. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay longer this trip, but hope to be able to revisit this experience in the future! "
