"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

"We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating. "

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "The area though about 14 minute slow walk to the Basilica of Lourdes is good for the price of the hotel. The things I didn’t like: the bathroom is not ideal for elderly guests because the partition in the shower is not fixed. You really have to be careful as not to slip and accidentally hold on to the partition. It could break. There are fruit flies landing on the croissants at breakfast. Dinner was good. Buffet but only served pork as the main dish. Vegans or veterarians have options. "
