"Our stay was excellent. We were celebrating a life event and they went above and beyond to deliver champagne to the room, upgrade our room, and help us troubleshoot receiving our tickets for a soccer game. The staff went above and beyond and we were so grateful to them for making our experience incredible. "

"Checkin was quick & easy, and staff couldn’t be any better. The room & bathroom were quiet, clean & updated, with nice amenities & a comfortable bed. Food & prices at the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast buffet had loads of options."

"My family and I always enjoy staying at the Hesperia in Bilbao. The staff are friendly, it’s clean and safe. The Hesperia is located near Old Town and the Guggenheim, with tons of great restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and parks. The train is across the bridge as well making it an ideal location to stay."

"The Hotel Maria Manuela is great; nice rooms, and the Spa is excellent. Located at Benia de Onis, is a great option off the beaten path, surrounded by nature; the food at the restaurants across the Hotel is amazing. Do not leave without visiting the store next door to the hotel where they sell local cheese, iberico ham, bread and of course Cider. "

"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible.
