"This was a decent enough hotel in a rather sleepy neighborhood. Not a lot going on in immediate proximity, but pretty close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Casco Viejo. Room was clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the elevators and key cards throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. I wound up simply using the stairs most of the time. Had to get a new key card halfway through, as they deactivated mine, which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast."

"Amazing hotel in a great location overlooking the Guggenheim and river. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, giving us ideas for restaurants, walks and sightseeing. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in - the beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved the honesty bar on the ground floor. Breakfast was perfect and the staff organised our taxi to the airport. We would stay again."
