Location is very centralized to shops, restaurants and train station. Walkable to IKEA, Winners, Marshall’s, Eaton Centre… We stayed one week here and I am so pleased with my experience at this location. Definitely, I will book here again and I will recommend to all my friends. Thanks for the hospitality and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights while there for the eras tour. I paid double the price for a room which was to be expected. I can’t imagine paying more like some people had to. First off the rooms are so small. Smaller than I’ve ever seen for a double room in a hotel. We were a group of 2 adults and 1 kid and we were maxed out for space for luggage etc. I can’t imagine staying with 4 people. Every night we were there the fire alarm was going off, they were obviously having issues with a certain floor. These alarms would last like an hour. We’ve never had such bad hotel room sleeps like we did here. It feels like a rip off paying what we did! Otherwise the hotel was fine as far as amenities and location, but we would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel last year and again this week and i really enjoy it. It’s a good location close to the subway and the Eaton centre is a short walk. I was here for the Taylor swift concert and was a little disappointed there wasn’t much theme wise except for some themed cocktails the bar was offering. Overall i will stay here again when i visit the city.

absolutely ridiculous getting woken up 2 EARLY mornings in a row, one at 3am and the next morning at 7am to an emergency alarm. (we stayed 4 nights, so literally HALF our sleep time was interrupted) it was not only terrifying, but also extremely loud to the point where i have had a ringing in my ear that has lasted the last few days. not a single email, call to the room or anything to explain what was happening, and when i asked upon checking out this morning i was told the employee didn’t know because they weren’t working. shouldn’t everyone be up to date if there’s not only 1 but 2 EMERGENCY alarms going off 2 days in a row??? both on our exact floor? i paid $3000 to be woken up in a terrifying way and with no acknowledgment from anyone from the hotel. i’m extremely frustrated, felt unsafe, now have a ringing in my ear, and had a bad experience. i will NOT be staying at another holiday inn ever again, especially this one. i felt so unsafe, there was no explanation for any of this nonsense. i’m shocked we didn’t receive a partial refund. absolutely ridiculous.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert and paid $800 per night and it was not $800 value. The room was old and unclean. The facilities are very dated and then the outside noise is terrible. There is a tram that seems to run all day / night and sounds like a train going through the hotel. The location is fine, but the gym is very small and pool looks ok (did not get in).

Each night of our stay we were woken up by a loud and stressful situation. First night someone was trapped in the elevator and it took about an hour to get the elevator door open. There was ongoing screaming and cursing right outside our door. It took a long time for them to deal with the situation. Second night we were woken up by alarms going off and I was unable to reach the front desk. Finally an announcement came on that they were investigating the alarm and to stand by for instructions. This was around 12:30am and last almost an hour. Last morning we were woken by alarms and similar announcements as our second night. This was early in the morning. I did a self check out online and went to the front desk for a copy of my bill. I was not asked how the stay was. Overall staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily and stocked with clean towels and water.
