The property needs a face lift. The rooms are sub-par - older bed, older ripped/destroyed furniture, shaky faucet and creaky bathtub. The housekeeping needs to pay a bit more attention to smaller details such as wiping the microwave too. Ours was left in a greasy state just as it was used. The overall look and feel of the place is like a motel. The only nice thing here was the heated bathroom floor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting - cobwebs everywhere, the place smelled terrible, sheets smelled like cigarettes, the fridge smelled like old food. There was hair everywhere all over the bathroom, desks and sheets. I can’t say enough bad things about this place. We were in a basement room- it seriously felt like a dungeon. The only thing that was okay was the location. I was going to complain but I just wanted to get out of there!

Toilets were too low. Bathroom vanity was low. No restaurant for dinner & breakfast, only the bar bistro. Menu was limited and service took to long. Staff were pleasant. Front desk staff were helpful. The hotel was the closest to Sunnybrook Hospital.

Stayed here for an appointment at Sunnybrook the next day. Facility is very dated both the common areas and rooms. Furniture in rooms looks like from rummage sales. Room was filthy around the edges, I had to plug in the alarm clock and was disgusted with the dirt. When I pointed out a few of these deficiencies with the clerk in the morning, I just got a shrug as if this was normal. If I have to come back again, I’ll look for a different hotel.
