Nice hotel - construction around the streets is inconvenient. Limited parking is annoying. Overall good stay though. The hotel room was dusty in the corners, could have used a more thorough scrub down but not too bad.

The property itself is nice, though we were met with some difficulties once greeted with a complimentary upgraded room. We entered the room and conducted a thorough check on the bed, closets and floors only to find an electrical socket hanging out the wall, stains and scratches on floor and appliances, food residue left under bed and desk, the doors didn’t shut securely even with lock applied. Upon voicing my concern to the front desk, my stay went from a quick and easy checkin to a long drawn out process that took over an hour before we were settled in our room. We primarily just wanted the issues to be noted because of our itinerary and limited time in the city, but the exact opposite took place. We were downgraded to a subpar room because everything else was sold out, which I denied. The head of cleaning crew claimed none of the issues were there, stating they, “walked the room” hinting that I created the issue, until I showed her personally (with video/picture proof). I opted to move back to our original room as a solution as long as our issues were noted and taken care of after we were gone. The manager had assured us that a “comp” would be applied to our stay, which never took place, instead I received an email about a “low rate” for a future stay at the hotel.
