Rooms are very outdated and dirty. Was not what I expected. Paid for Fallsview and got city view. Very disappointed. Also parking at $80 a night is a little exagerated

Everything went well, except front desk gave me a room card for a room that was already occupied. Thankfully no one was in the room when we went in. Their clothes were scattered everywhere and the TV was on. Never experienced that before.

I liked the view of the Falls and a lot of entertainment and dining options are within walking distance. Only thing I had a problem with was the heating unit in our room. It blew semi cold air regardless of the temperature setting. I'm glad it wasn't super cold outside, otherwise I would've asked for a different room.

We were on the 14th floor of the middle tower. The gym and pool were above us. Constantly, from 7 am to 11 pm there were thuds, pounding and who knows what coming through the ceiling. Also there was the constant “whir” of what sounded like a blender. Continuously for OUR ENTIRE STAY. We had no luggage rack, no sign for the door for privacy, there was a stain on the outer sheet of the blanket. There were only 2 “glass” glasses. Everything else was paper. The air conditioning worked well.

Room was kind of dirty. Staff was kind of rude and In accommodating. The parking was very expensive and for all the fees I paid for the hotel, I’m surprised it didn’t come with it. Also I paid for breakfast only to find out that it was only to be admitted in. Ordering will cost additional money and everything costs much more expensive than if you got it anywhere else.
