Take a look at our Powder Ridge Cabin and picture yourself here enjoying the views, hot tub, and access to the mountain with your friends and family. Pretty easy, right? The cabin allows your group to spread out due to the accommodating layout and stay together in the living space- both doors and out! The multiple living spaces allow guests to get ready for the day easily and then spread out and relax post-adventure. The deck allows you to get more of the mountain air while you grill and the hot tub on the ground level will let you recharge for the next day's plans.
Elevate your stay from start to finish! When you stay in one of our properties, you also receive the convenience of KEY, a hospitality team that is ready to transform your travels into an unforgettable experience. From in-home amenities like pre-arrival groceries, or a private chef, to local experiences like a dog sledding excursion. KEY’s team is available to create a personalized itinerary of the best Big Sky has to offer. Lookout for your confirmation email for additional information.
During the summer, explore your backyard that is Big Sky Resort. The Mountain Village provides numerous activities like ziplining, rock wall climbing, dining options, and of course mountain biking! Of course, many travelers to Big Sky plan on a trip to America's first national park- Yellowstone! Be sure to plan accordingly so you won't miss our viewing fields of roaming bison, colorful (and smelly) thermal pools and geysers, and the iconic and inspirational views throughout the park. The West Yellowstone park entrance is one hour south of Big Sky, and luckily the drive will be part of the experience, winding you along the Gallatin River and the national park's boundaries.
During the winter, ski right out of the cabin using the Rising Bull Access off of Blue Cloud Road. This will get you to the White Otter and then White Wing trail, bringing you down to the Explorer Lift at Big Sky Resort's Mountian Base. Alternatively, ski-out of your cabin following Rising Bull Road, getting you to the Rosebud Access trail and ultimately leading you to the White Otter pick-up lift that runs for the majority of the ski season. Once you learn your route, the world (or at least Big Sky Resort's 5,800 skiable acres) is your oyster!
** White Otter opens in mid-December and closes on April 9th. We cannot control the lift schedule for ski access. If you have small children, you may need to shuttle them to the resort as they may not be able to ski the runs.

Additional Notes:
We are a local property management company. So if there is anything you need before, during, or after your trip, please let us know!
Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.
Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!
