Frühstück und Service sehr gut. keine Infomappe im Zimmer, der Passwort für das İnternet steht nirgendwo, man musa selber fragen aber dafür weiss man die Nummer vom Rezeption auch nicht! Das es Sauna Dampfbad vorhanden ist erfährt man erst im Aufzug durch Schild. Personal hat auch nichts darauf hingewiesen ausser Frühstückzeit. Im Badezimmer kein Glas für Zahnbürste und kein Seifenbehälter. Wasserkocher war noch mit Spülmittel habe es wechseln lassen noch dazu jedesmal nach anstecken der Wasserkocher an die Steckdose ging der Strom aus. Tv Fernbedienung funktioniert langsam. 3 Nächte gebucht aber Rezeption ruft nach 2 Tagen ins Zimmer an und fragt ob man weiterhin eine Nacht bleibt. Gratis Kaffee Tee Zucker Tasse im Zimmer aber keine Löffel. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel!
